Both the Quality and taste of their products are top notch, and cover all my performance based needs as a bodybuilder. They also have a great team who I trust and believe in.

I was always an active kid and throughout school all the way up to senior year I ran track and field very competitively. Running track led me to the gym and lifting weights which then developed a passion in itself. 

My source of inspiration is the desire to always be improving and always be better than I was yesterday. 

I’m very much a creature of habit and really enjoy consistency and routine. I’d say my go-to-meal is salmon and jasmine rice

I think you can look at this question from two perspectives; competitively and not. I think from a competition standpoint my 7th place at the 2020 Olympia. From a non-competitive standpoint I would have to say the life my Wife Melissa and I have built together. 

To me it means taking something in its simplest form and building it up to be something more. Whether this is a physique, or a product ingredient profile.
